Readers love novelty, and if you can't give us new dietary formulations we demand record low weigh-ins. thanks for your attention to this matter! And congratulations!
I've always been a pretty fast healer. One time a couple months ago I got injured, and I did experience the protein hunger. So I do think it has a noticeable impact at such a low level.
Also do you eat carbs during your refeeds? If not then that spectacular weight loss at the start is unlikely to be actual water-weight? It might be genuine fat loss. If your appetite disappears and you're living off stored energy you could potentially lose 1/2kg every day.
Your graph looks like exponential decay to a new low to me, so I predict that repeating the experiment won't take you much below the new low. Do remind me that I've made a false prediction here if you end up seriously below the new low.
I do now, as of my discovery that it doesn’t bring the Non-24 back any more. In fact, at this point it’s mostly carbs - I strangely tend to crave rice, beans, and home made bread heh.
Are you sure you’re calculating the heavy cream properly? 1000 grams of heavy cream from a typical brand contains 20 grams of protein, which is about 3200-3300 calories almost entirely of fat. Even half that would be extremely difficult to consume practically much less without feeling sick
20g of protein in ~705g, for ~2,400kcal. I rarely count/measure exactly, but between a pint and a quart of cream is what I’d typically consume before I started nosauce+ACV. So 700-750g sounds about right.
Now with nosauce+ACV, it’s noticeably less, which is why I suspect I’m sometimes going below my protein requirements.
And just to clarify, I’ve absolutely consumed 1000g and more of heavy cream in a day without feeling sick at all. Half of that, or 500g, I’ve consumed on most days during the last 3.5 years.

Thanks! Some people are saying..
Have you gotten increased protein hunger from injuries and such? Or faster healing when you boosted it?

Also congratulations! Lifting the curse one kilo at a time!
Remember that up-and-down clears the PUFAs!

It seems to differ a bit. Of course there’s always natural variation in these products anyway, so not necessarily precise. E.g. see this entry:
