Organizing my thoughts

Just a brief update: I just spent some time organizing all the blog posts I’ve written so far. Apparently, that’s over 60 posts! Crazy, right?
Because I started losing track of what I’d written about and finding particular posts, I’ve created a new page where they’re organized better:

It can be confusing to get an understanding of somebody’s paradigm/thought process from a series of seemingly disconnected blog posts. Here’s an attempt to organize my thoughts in a more systematic way. Personal history & ex150 diet Past diet failures
I hope this makes it easier to get an idea of my general approach and paradigm, especially for people newer to the blog, who might not have seen my diet ideas evolve over time. Instead of having to read the entire archive, this should allow anyone to just scroll through the overview and catch up on ideas.
