Isn't the protocol "heavy cream ad libitum"? So why is it an issue if someone can't drink a lot of cream? Why should they, if they feel satiated with just a little?
If they feel satiated with just a little, that's not an issue. But if you drink a lot of dairy and then get massive bloating and digestive issues, that'd be unfortunate. Some people who aren't used to eating lots of fat also don't produce enough bile yet, which takes a few days or even weeks to ramp up.
About that subject of constipation: I don't like it. I'm not particularly predisposed to blockage, but really do not like it when it happens, so I usually take a teaspoon or two of psyllum husks every other day or so. Which produces, well, egress even in times of insufficient ingress caused by e.g. me hypothetically eating solely gummy worms for half a week. Not saying it has happened, not saying it didn't.
Anyway: Do you see any possible interaction re psyllum husks<>exfat150 (other than fiber intake going up, which should do nothing for the diet)? Because I will keep on taking them (unless you say it breaks EVERYTHING!)
I don't think it'll break anything per se, it'll just make you poop more ;)
Personally I think fiber is mostly bad and I also don't like constipation so I minimize my fiber intake.
That said don't suddenly drop the psyllum husk because that would do exactly what I recommend NOT doing in the post: sudden fiber reduction.
If you wanted to try, you could slowly ease off over 2 weeks or so. You shouldn't need any fiber supplement on ex150. If you want to keep using it, that's fine.

If you or any of your readers want to try a similar (maybe? at least with respect to cream consumption?) diet, consider this article on how ice cream is maybe good for you (but maybe not because observational data like this just can't show us that much) https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2023/05/ice-cream-bad-for-you-health-study/673487/
