It might work really well with your low protein protocol. The problem with fasting is that it works but then gets undone when people go back to unhelpful eating (like too much protein).

I’m just starting a 72 hour fast as I fell off the wagon during a family holiday 😫 and struggling to get back on. I do think nothing works like a 3 day fast..

Yea I haven't tried it since going on low-PUFA/low-protein. I really should try it soon, especially as this summer is an endless plateau on normal ex150 haha.
